Leif O’Leary is refocusing the company on its primary assets and optimizing the product investment.
His previous role at Intralinks was EVP & General Manager, responsible for leading the overall organization through its transition to a privately-owned business. Earlier in his Intralinks career, Leif managed all aspects of the company’s ability to identify and deliver business value through the Intralinks solution portfolio as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Services.
Before joining Intralinks, Leif was Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations at Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC), after being promoted through a series of increasingly responsible vice president and senior vice president roles. Before PTC, he worked as a Regional Sales Manager at ADP. Leif is a member of the board of the Golden Puck Foundation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College.
Chief People Officer
Sofia Kaufman oversees all talent acquisition, total rewards and talent management.
Previously she was the Senior Director of Human Resources at Intralinks.
Prior to Intralinks, Sofia was the Senior Director of Global Total Rewards at Synchronoss. Before that Sofia worked as the Director of Human Resources, Total Rewards and HR Operations at Eze Software Group. Previously she worked in various HR roles at TripAdvisor, AOL, Dassault Systèmes, Genzyme and Lawrence Associates. Sofia has a dual Master of Science and Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Northeastern University.
Chief Financial Officer
Shay is responsible for all aspects of Intralinks’ financial operations.
He enables Intralinks to achieve our strategic business and financial goals in two ways:
- Develop insightful analytics and accurate information that will drive data-driven decision-making processes
- Continue to transform systems and simplify and automate processes to support growth – while implementing more effective controls and processes
Shay has over 25 years of hands-on senior management experience in high-growth technology companies. Before joining Intralinks, Shay was the CFO of ClickSoftware, a field service and workforce management SaaS company. He also served as a CFO of a business unit of Verint Systems, a global leader in actionable intelligence solutions. Prior to that, Shay held senior positions at MRV Communications, including CFO at their Los Angeles HQ and GM of their Israeli operation. Shay holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology and a Master’s in Finance and Accounting from Bar-Ilan University in Tel Aviv.
Chief Product Officer
Ken Bisconti is responsible for developing a very deep and insightful understanding of market needs and strategic opportunities for Intralinks, and putting those insights to work defining our product offerings.
Prior to Intralinks, Ken led IBM’s worldwide Customer Analytics business, including the Tealeaf Technologies and Coremetrics acquisitions. He was also Vice President of IBM’s enterprise content management business including IBM’s FileNet acquisition where he built the industry’s largest ECM business and served on the board of directors for AIIM. Ken also held a variety of executive positions at Lotus Development. Ken holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Quantitative Economics from the University of California at San Diego.
Chief Revenue Officer
Bob Petrocchi is responsible for delivering business value through the Intralinks solution portfolio.
A proven, people-first sales principal, Bob delivered focused and disciplined leadership in his previous position as Intralinks SVP of Global Sales and Services.
Most recently, Bob was the Managing Director of Financial Services at Microsoft. He was responsible for driving the transformation to the cloud for Microsoft's largest Financial Services customers representing ~$500m in annual revenue. His team of sales professionals worked to be trusted advisors to clients by helping them flourish in a "mobile first, cloud first" world. Bob interacted directly with Fortune 100 executives to transform their businesses with best-in-class private/public cloud solutions.
Prior to Microsoft, Bob held senior positions at Gemstone Systems and Cycle Computing. In both roles Bob was a key member of the leadership team, delivering results instrumental in securing the acquisition of Gemstone by VMware and Microsoft’s Acquisition of Cycle computing. Bob started his career at ADP where he held several roles over 10 years of service. In addition to his work at Intralinks, Bob is a member of the Board of Trustees at the Eden Autism services, an active member and coach in the Special Olympics community and has a Bachelor of Science degree from Bryant University.
Global Market and Customer Engagement
Matt Porzio utilizes his real-world banking experience and deep Intralinks expertise to lead our market and customer engagement efforts.
A member of the Intralinks team since 2003, Matt is focused on amplifying Intralinks' position in the FinTech landscape and market segments while developing a vibrant community that leverages the Intralinks user base, customer network and powerful brand.
Before joining Intralinks, he was a senior associate at Metzler, a German advisory firm, focused on cross-border M&A transactions. Prior to Metzler, Matt served as an analyst and associate in the Equity Capital Markets and Business Services Investment Banking groups at First Union Securities (later Wachovia). Matt holds a Bachelor’s degree from Colgate University.
Global Customer Success
Brian Caulfield is responsible for all aspects of client lifecycle management, including customer success & support organizations, enterprise support and account management.
He was previously the Senior Vice President of Global Inside Sales, Business Development and Account Management and has held several increasingly senior sales positions at Intralinks.
Before this, Brian was the Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Zmags, a shoppable content company. Prior to that, he was the Vice President of Sales in Emerging Markets at Gomez, Inc. (acquired by Compuware). He has held senior sales positions at Oracle, Circles, edu.com, NECX and PC Connection, Inc. Brian has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Plymouth State University and a Master of Business Administration from Rivier University.
Chief Legal Officer and SVP, Corporate Development
Ari Buchler, who leads Intralinks’ global legal affairs and M&A activities, works to ensure that Intralinks delivers high quality services within a global compliance framework. He partners with the corporate strategy team to identify and drive potential acquisition opportunities.
Ari brings to the company over 20 years of deal and operating experience and has completed over 40 M&A and financing deals and 5 IPOs in both advisor and principal roles. With his background as an early adopter and active user of virtual data rooms, Ari brings an invaluable customer-centric perspective to Intralinks’ business.
Prior to Intralinks, Ari held a variety of executive roles in venture-backed, PE-backed and public companies in the US and the UK. He served as General Counsel and SVP of Corporate Development at Sophos Group plc, VP and General Counsel at Rocket Software, and SVP Legal and Regulatory Services at Phase Forward. Ari also serves on corporate and advisory boards of emerging technology companies. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hunter College of the City University of New York and a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia University School of Law.
Marketing and Strategy Innovation
Pete Frintzilas is responsible for all aspects of innovation, corporate strategy, and corporate and product marketing. In addition, he is the General Manager of the Intralinks Banking & Securities business.
Since joining Intralinks in 2012, Pete has held several senior leadership positions throughout the organization, including Head of Corporate Strategy.
Before Intralinks, Pete worked in a range of go-to-market and technology roles at Mimeo.com, Yahoo, and RR Donnelley. He currently serves as a Strategic Advisor to SportsTech company PlayEasy and sits on the Advisory Board of the Big Data Program at Rutgers University. Pete holds an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business with dual specializations in Strategy & Corporate Finance, a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Management & Technology from Syracuse University, and is currently working toward a Certificate in Innovation & Strategy at the MIT Sloan School of Business.
