  • Manage IT system infratructure including Windows and Linux servers
  • Maintain IT systems documentation
  • Assist with developing policies and procedures to ensure compliance and smooth operation of IT systems
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid environment with Windows, macOS, and Linux
  • Help research, test, and develop new solutions for corporate IT
  • Assist with auditing and maintenance of systems and software
  • Serve as escalation point for end-user support issues
  • Occasionally assist the help desk with tier 1 support issues
  • Share on-call rotation
  • Work closely with other IT staff to effectively communicate issues, project milestones, and recommendations


  • 4 year degree in MIS, engineering, or computer science; and/or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years experience in a technical support role
  • Experience with administration in an Active Directory environment
  • Working knowledge of scripting languages (i.e. bash) to automate tasks
  • Working understanding of TCP/IP networking and related services
  • Follow and seek improvement in technology solutions
  • Ability to occasionally travel to remote corporate offices

Knowledge of the following is a plus:
Amazon Web Services, Virtualization (VMware), MySQL / MariaDB, IPSec VPNs, SSL VPN, IDS, IPS, RADIUS, 802.1x, Cisco IOS, Cisco ASA, G Suite, Asterisk, SIP / RTP, BIND, ISC-DHCPd
