NetBrain Technologies: Senior Product Marketing Manager


NetBrain is seeking a highly-motivated Senior Product Marketing Manager to help drive market awareness and adoption of a leading network automation platform. In this key role, you will serve as one of NetBrain’s featured storytellers, to drive differentiated positioning, messaging and associated programs that generate demand for our market leading technology. We’re looking for someone who understands B2B buying cycles in the large enterprise and has high expectations of themselves as well as the team around them. You will be directly contributing to our corporate strategic goals and marketing initiatives.

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in the company’s success, by influencing go-to-market strategies and crafting compelling messaging for customers and prospects. You will be responsible for thinking about the bigger picture, how NetBrain fits in the market, and how NetBrain’s disruptive network automation technology brings value to its customers. At the same time, this role is very hands-on - so you will be heavily involved with crafting compelling stories and deliverables such as webinars, presentations, and Sales decks. In this role, you will be responsible for driving and reinforcing the value proposition of NetBrain to drive marketing campaigns, field enablement, partner support, and product launches. You will work across the organization to ensure success of our offerings to IT customers. The position is based at NetBrain’s headquarters in Burlington, MA and is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual at a fast-growing and dynamic enterprise technology company. Strong experience in product marketing or sales engineering within enterprise software is essential. Experience in the field of Enterprise IT or Network Management is a major plus.
This Position will require 20% or less travel to industry conferences, customer visits, sales meetings, and other places both U.S. and international


What You’ll Do

• Storytelling
• NetBrain is a technology-leader in network automation. This role will help establish NetBrain as a thought leader in network automation as well.
• Craft and deliver a high-frequency webinar schedule
• Present to audiences at industry and Field events
• Support Sales with product pitch decks

• Product Launches
• Plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross functional implementation of the plan
• Conduct market research to thoroughly understand the needs of customers and prospects and to assess market opportunities

• Sales Enablement
• Produce training material to educate sales teams and partners on product related value propositions
• Deliver training and messaging for the Sales organization to enable internal teams and external partners
• Create sales tools such as sales kits, ROI analysis, qualification and messaging guides to enhance sales effectiveness
• Assist the Sales organization by providing expertise in specific Sales situations


• 5+ years’ experience in marketing enterprise software
• Experience in IT software is a major plus
• Able to communicate persuasively and precisely - excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills
• Strategic thinker – having a clear vision of where you are and where you want to be – and knowing how to get there
• Self-starter who truly enjoys working in a fast-paced software start-up environment with a drive to take on new challenges
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic and aggressive high growth environment
• Excellent team skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a technical discipline
