About us:

The Learning & Development Manager is a newly created role with incredible potential to make an impact on the business and our people!

What youll do:

  • Partner with HRBPs and managers/senior leaders to identify talent gaps and development needs of the business unit, its managers, key individuals and people in key positions
  • Create and implement new programs designed to help every Cybereasoner realize their full potential, from onboarding to continued learning
  • Build and implement leadership development programs that inspire and support the growth of managers and leaders at all levels
  • Design, pilot, and launch end-to-end targeted learning experiences that are scalable, drive business impact and are aligned to our strategy
  • Develop relevant metrics to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services offered through L&D
  • Provide expertise regarding tools, performance review systems and train-the-trainer programs, including insourcing vs.vendor decisions

What were looking for:

  • Self-starter with a track record of creating L&D programs within a fast growing technology company
  • Consistently able to achieve measurable success implementing learning solutions
  • Ability to work in a high-energy environment, preferably with a GTM focus
  • Positive and energetic presentation skills; excellent listening and writing abilities
  • Experience with competency models, skills matrices, performance reviews and employee calibration process
  • Knowledge of manager and executive level curriculum development
  • 4 year College degree or equivalent experience required
