About the position:

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, hands-on VP, Finance who will play an instrumental role in the future growth and positioning of our business. As a trusted advisor to senior management, the VP of Finance will develop and implement strategies for continued financial health of the organization. He will develop, lead and manage the finance operations, including all aspects of Globalization Partner’s accounting operations such as managing the general ledger, processing accounts payable and payroll and managing the external audit process. This individual will provide sound business judgment, strategic thinking, and broad financial and business perspective across the organization and add value as a senior member of the finance team.

Job Duties:

·        Manage all aspects of global accounting operations

·        Analyze company’s financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs, and budgets

·        Ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial and management reporting

·        Assist senior management in financial planning and results management

·        Work with team members to understand revenue and cost drivers and define appropriate reports for tracking

·        Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting

·        Develop and maintain all necessary accounting policies and systems, including general ledger and financial reporting

·        Ensure that records are maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles

·        Work with the FP&A team on financial planning and results management

·        Assist the Treasury team with global cash management, Fx, collections and cash flow

·        Build a global procurement program

·        Manage all external audits

·        Assist in establishing short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures

·        Design, establish, and maintain an organizational structure to effectively accomplish the department’s goals and objectives

·        Oversee the month-end close process, constantly reviewing procedures while eliminating inefficiencies

·        Work closely with the Tax team to optimize the global tax structure

·        Act as a strategic business partner to executive leadership team

·        Work closely with the Financial Technology team to optimize financial systems

·        Oversee technical accounting matters, contract review, private company equity matters (409A valuations, warrants) and           private company financing arrangements (debt and equity)

Required Skill-set:

·         Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting

·        CPA required

·        MBA a plus

·        15+ years of progressively responsible experience in a high growth environment

·        Experience with SAAS /tech enabled services

·        Significant experience with international consolidations and ASC830

·        Proven track record of managing and scaling a large global finance organization

·        Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized

·        Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills

·        Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated

·        Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members

·        Ability to be execute both tactically and strategically at a high level of performance

·        Valid passport
