We are looking for a hungry and ambitious experienced Sales Rep to lead and manage our Outbound Sales activities.
Specifically, you'll be tasked with growing our qualified opportunities that come from our outbound prospecting. This will include the complete outbound experience, including managing the team of SDRs, hiring and growing the team, owning the outbound cadence content and iteration, and the tooling. You'll also be hands on involved in prospecting as we continue to ramp up.
You must have first hand experience as both an SDR, and having managed SDRs. You must be highly analytical and approach outbound prospecting as a science (plus the messaging art). You have to be willing to own the KPIs.
How sales work at Blissfully:
IT is changing, so while we sell to IT directors/managers we also regularly interact with: finance, operations, dev ops/tech ops, office managers, cofounders, CEOs and CTOs. Our customers are businesses of all sizes and types, but tend to be tech forward companies.
