What youll do if you join the Allego Customer Success team

  • Work in partnership with Customer Success Director to support new client implementations and provide post implementation support
  • Provision new users and update existing user accounts
  • Create Allego new customer systems including channels and training content
  • Deliver training to new and existing customers
  • Act as a knowledge expert for the Allego platform
  • Provide customer support via phone and email
  • Support achievement of company customer retention goals
  • Work with Allego Product and Product Development teams to escalate and manage resolution of client issues and problems.
  • Manage and track customer interactions via


  • 2+ years working in a corporate environment, preferably working with prospects or customers
  • Ability to work well and contribute independently as well as in a team environment
  • Highly detail oriented and quality driven
  • Mobile savvy with knowledge of google suite, Camtasia, QuickTime
  • experience a plus
