The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for executing the day-to-day support of our CRM platform to ensure operational stability, data integrity and user adoption.


  • Serve as system administrator for the environment with 400+ users
  • Handle basic administrative functions including user management, reports and dashboards, data updates, account team management and other routine tasks
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for Salesforce releases
  • Manage tool integrations such as DiscoverOrg, SalesLoft, Marketo, email connectors
  • Complete configuration tasks as assigned, including testing, documentation & training, in sandbox environment
  • Perform quality assurance testing of various team initiatives
  • Follow established procedures for change and release management and best practices for solutions
  • Assist in training of new users, and grow the skill set across the organization
  • Assist in documenting user processes and system information, including but not limited to, Data Dictionary, field level descriptions & help text
  • Support Outside Sales, Inside Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations and other teams as required
  • Participate in tools & vendor selection as required
  • Complete tasks as assigned to improve data quality and integrity


  • Bachelors Degree in related field, such as Information Technology
  • Certified Administrator required
  • Certified Platform App Builder preferred
  • 5+ years experience as a Salesforce administrator managing core platform access, security and reporting tasks utilizing Sales Cloud as well as process automation & validation
  • Proficient in the use of Salesforce Data Loader, Workbench and Excel for data analysis & quality initiatives
  • Experience using Eclipse or other similar tool for performing impact analysis
  • Passion for data integrity and operational stability
  • Appreciation for and adherence to product lifecycle processes and governance
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce security model & role hierarchy
  • Experience supporting sales teams and processes
  • Experience managing lead lifecycle integrations between Salesforce & Marketo or other marketing automation system preferred
  • Experience with Lightning Experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to independently manage tasks to completion
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong testing skills with ability to identify & execute appropriate depth of testing, including negative tests and integrated test scenarios
