Summary:

Data Systems Manager- Boston, MA

High-quality data is the backbone of AI. Neurala is seeking a talented person with a blend of strategic vision and technical skills to plan and execute our strategy for acquiring and managing large catalogues of data.

One of the most important components of Neurala’s AI product pipeline is the gathering, archiving, processing, and management of images, audio, and other data that is used to train various Neurala Brains that we offer to customers for their AI applications. We are looking for a dynamic, creative, versatile, self-starter who can seek out and acquire this data from any and all sources, sift, sort, archive, manage, and process this data for training specialized Neurala Brains that will reside in our Brain Bank.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert on the data Neurala needs to successfully build our products, integrations, and customer deliveries.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the company (including product management, engineering, and customer success) to understand the departmental requirements for a data strategy to be successful.
  • Incorporate all input into an architectural strategy to organize, store, and catalogue data for all Neurala purposes. Such architecture may include
    • Local servers
    • Cloud-based storage platforms
    • Database creation and management
  • Execute on the agreed-to strategy, including creation of databases, establishment of storage systems
  • Build command-line tools to efficiently move large volumes of data between systems

Neurala is seeking a talented Sales Project Manager to translate business needs into technical requirements and help guide our customers to solutions that deliver value.

Major corporations are starting to invest in AI, but they need help understanding how to use the technology to improve their bottom line. The person in this role will help the Neurala sales and project teams by understanding the customer’s business and use case, educating them on what’s possible with AI, and documenting the solution for sales and deployment.

The successful candidate will work closely with multiple internal and external teams, including sales, projects, R&D, and current and future customers. You will be responsible to for working with our architects to develop solutions that are relevant to the customer’s business and use case and crafting Statements of Work that clearly define the roles and responsibilities of all parties.

This role reports directly into the Director of Client Operations and is based in Boston.

Summary:

Neurala is seeking a Director, Product Strategy to focus on managing the SaaS product development lifecycle. As a member of the leadership team, the Director, Product Strategy must be a visionary and an avid evangelist of the product as well as a great leader and supervising the necessary project documentation.
