What is it like to work at your company in terms of your culture?

Culture is a major part of who naviHealth is. Our culture is fast, entrepreneurial but we like to have fun. We encourage creativity and the ability to take risks, as we believe that risk ultimately leads to creative solutions. Our culture also values recognizing each other’s accomplishments and mutual respect for one another.

What’s the best way to get a job at naviHealth?

We have a fun application process, with unique questions that help you understand a little more about who we are. If you like a job, forget trying to connect on LinkedIn, fill out the application and let your personality shine. We love that! 

What can someone expect during the interview process?

It depends on the position. For example, our engineering hires, we do a coding exercise. It’s a real life, applicable exercise that we’ve gotten really positive feedback on from our candidates. Regardless of the role, every candidate can expect to meet with a talented group of people and each one is a great reflection of who we are as a company. 

What can people expect over the course of their career at naviHealth?

Challenging and engaging work, as well as growth. For tech folks, they’ll get to play in the some of the newer technologies. All employees can expect that they’ll have a voice that will actually be heard.  

Are there any favorite activities that the employees do outside of the office? 

We have a softball team and a running club, as well as regular potlucks where employees can show off their culinary prowess. We also have a yearly hackathon which does happen during work hours, but is a fun event that allows employees to work on projects outside of their typical job responsibilities. We have a big celebration afterward. We participate in the Charles River Clean-Up every year, and we’ve done many other volunteer opportunities.                           Curaspan. Charles River

Are there any fun facts or unique stories that you can share about naviHealth or individuals that work there?

Each of our employees are truly unique and we try to highlight this is our monthly Employee Spotlight blog series. 

What TV or movie would best describe the working environment and employees at Curaspan?

Moneyball because we have smart employees who are not afraid to take strategic risks to improve our product and our company.

Do you have any unique benefits or perks? 

Free lunch Fridays, game room(s), onsite gym, onsite dry cleaning services, onsite car detailing, identify theft protection, wellness programs- including a largely engaged FitBit community.  

What’s on tap or in your fridge?

While I can’t say we have anything on tap, I would bet we still have some Story Point Stout, Velocity IPA or Pot O’ Gold Red ales laying around from when our engineers brewed their own beer at Hopsters in Newton
