Chairman and CEO
Brandon joined the company from ViaSat, where he was senior vice president responsible for the company's commercial business. Prior to ViaSat, he was CEO of Enerdyne Technologies, Inc., when it was acquired by ViaSat. Prior to joining Enerdyne, he spent nearly two decades in a variety of executive roles at Hewlett Packard, Texas Instruments, PCSI/Cirrus Logic, SAIC, and private equity firm, Housatonic Partners, where he founded the firm's communications practice. Brandon holds a B.S. degree in Computer Engineering from University of California, San Diego and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer
Doron joined the Company in 2005 and leads the client development, sales and value-added reseller teams who initiate relationships with our clients—addressing their unique needs and challenges, and optimizing their results through our consultative approach to understanding their business model and strategic priorities. Doron develops new markets and channels for our products and services and brings awareness of our solution to commercial fleets worldwide. Doron has more than 20 years of experience introducing disruptive technologies to the wireless, software, and service industries. Most recently, he served as senior vice president at ProfitLine, a venture-backed telecom expense management outsourcer. Prior to that, Doron served as chief operating officer of CommNet Cellular, managing director of MobiLink, a nationwide joint venture of wireless companies, and led domestic market operations and international initiatives for Verizon Wireless/Vodafone Group. Doron earned a Bachelor of Commerce (honors) and CPA degree in South Africa, and MBA from Harvard Business School.
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Steve joined Lytx in 2018 and leads all finance functions including corporate finance, planning, treasury and accounting. Steve has more than 30 years of experience leading financial strategy, processes and enterprise systems. He has led both entrepreneurial and public companies and has extensive experience in operational effectiveness, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and investor relations. Before joining Lytx, he served as CFO of Fleetmatics, a global fleet management telematics and software-as-a-service (SaaS) firm, supporting the company’s growth, 2012 initial public offering, and ultimately their 2016 acquisition by Verizon for $2.4 billion. He has held the CFO position at Authoria, Lionbridge Technologies, The Dodge Group and Marcam Corporation and served as an independent director and chair of the audit committee for AMICAS, Inc. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Marketing from Skidmore College.
Executive Vice President and Chief Client Officer
Dave is responsible for ensuring the Company provides an unparalleled client experience—from implementation to deployment and ongoing program management. Dave joined the Company in 2009 from Arrival Communications, which he founded. As CCO, he created a reputation for outstanding service by understanding what his customers valued and building a business based on this premise. While with TelePacific Communications (who acquired Arrival), Dave built its account management and churn analysis, prediction, and reduction capabilities. Prior to Arrival, Dave was a strategic management consultant with Mercer Management Consulting. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Yale and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Senior Vice President, Human Capital
Tonya’s responsible for building a world-class Lytx team that matches the Company’s values and culture of excellence. Bringing extensive experience in human resources and employment law, Tonya joined the Company in 2013 from Life Technologies, where she was a member of the human resources senior leadership team and served in various capacities, but most recently as its employment counsel leading the global HR legal organization. Prior to Life Technologies, Tonya practiced employment law at DLA Piper, a global law firm. An Arizona transplant, Tonya holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Human Resources Management from the University of San Diego, and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. Tonya serves on the UCSD Rady School of Management Employer Advisory Board and is an active member of the University of San Diego alumni network.
Senior Vice President, General Counsel
Shelley is responsible for Lytx’s legal, legislative affairs, and regulatory compliance matters and also serves as corporate secretary and chief privacy officer. Shelley has nearly two decades of legal experience and has served in numerous leadership roles. Prior to joining the Company in 2011, she practiced corporate and transactional law both at SAIC and at the law firm of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, public and private financing, joint ventures, licensing arrangements, and corporate governance matters. Shelley is a Michigan native and received a B.A. from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from University of Michigan Law School.
Senior Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development
Eliot is responsible for developing and guiding Lytx’s business strategies, and for leading the Company’s corporate development and M&A activities. In addition, he directs and oversees the Company’s strategic partnerships, industry affairs, and channel relationships. Prior to joining the Company in 2006, Eliot served as president and chief operating officer of Ameranth Wireless, Inc., a leading application software provider. His previous experience includes serving in operation leadership roles at Qualcomm Personal Electronics; Sony Electronics; and at Matsushita Electric (Panasonic) in Japan. Eliot holds a BA in Asian Studies from Harvard University and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
