President and Chief Executive Officer
Appointed CEO in 2015, William (Bill) R. Wagner leads LogMeIn’s long-term market strategy and day-to-to day operations, while guiding the company’s vision for an increasingly connected world. He joined the company in 2013, serving as LogMeIn’s first-ever Chief Operating Officer, and played a key role in the company’s rapid growth and expansion to become one of the world’s preeminent SaaS providers. Bill was promoted to President early in 2015 and joined LogMeIn’s Board of Directors.
A cloud and technology industry veteran, Bill was previously Chief Operating Officer at Vocus, a cloud-marketing software company, where he led the sales, marketing, and services organizations. Prior to that Bill held several executive leadership roles, including Chief Marketing Officer at Vocus, as well CMO for the leading enterprise mobile device management company, Fiberlink (acquired by IBM). He began his career at AT&T.
He holds a B.A. in History from Lafayette College, and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of Business.
Chief Financial Officer
Edward Herdiech serves as LogMeIn’s Chief Financial Officer. Having joined LogMeIn in December 2006, Ed has served in several key financial leadership positions and played an integral role in LogMeIn's growth from a startup with $15 million in revenue to a publicly traded market leader with more than $200 million in revenue. Prior to joining LogMeIn, Ed held a number of finance positions at Parametric Technology Corporation, a leading provider of 2D and 3D design software, product lifecycle management software and service management solutions.
Ed received his B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Vermont in 1989.
Senior Vice President, Corporate Marketing
of LogMeIn’s global Marketing organization, including demand generation, customer engagement, corporate communications, brand & creative, and Web and eCommerce.
Alison joined LogMeIn in 2015 from Oracle where she held leadership positions in Oracle’s applications business. During her tenure at Oracle, she was a key player in the transition of the go-to-market for Oracle’s applications business from a license- to Saas-based model. Prior to Oracle, Alison was Vice President of Corporate Marketing at Endeca which was acquired by Oracle. Earlier in her career, Alison helped launch Horn Group, a digital marketing agency. In her ten years with Horn Group, she developed marketing strategies to complement business plans and contribute to overall growth of clients, including technology companies like Oracle, EMC, ADP, Lucent, PeopleSoft, Sophos, Novell, Gartner, and IDC. Horn Group was recognized as a top agency to work for by The Holmes Report and Working Woman Magazine.
Alison earned a B.S. in Political Science with a Minor in French from Franklin & Marshall College. She lives in So. Dartmouth with her husband and two children. In her free time, you can find her sailing on Buzzards Bay.
Senior Vice President, Chief of Staff
Tara Haas serves as LogMeIn’s Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff. In her role, Tara leads cross-functional alignment and execution of LogMeIn’s key strategic initiatives, as well as the overall operational management of the company’s executive team. An experienced product executive, she joined the company in 2011 as part LogMeIn’s product leadership team, and has successfully led engineering, product, UX, and go-to-market efforts around many of LogMeIn’s best known and most successful cloud and mobile product lines. Tara is passionate about customer-driven innovation, having spearheaded customer-first design and development approaches throughout her career. Prior to LogMeIn, Tara held key positions in brand and product management at Intuit, most recently leading the SMB software giant’s Innovation Lab.
Tara holds a B.S. in Organizational Studies with a Minor in Business Institutions from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL.
Senior Vice President, Sales
Larry D’Angelo serves as LogMeIn’s Senior Vice President, Sales. A technology sales leadership veteran, D’Angelo has held several executive positions at high-growth software and cloud companies. Prior to joining LogMeIn, D’Angelo served as the Vice President, Sales at Digital Reef, Inc., a leading provider of eDiscovery SaaS solutions, held executive leadership positions at Autotask Corporation, where he was Senior Vice President of Sales, iPhrase Technologies, where he ran Worldwide Field Operations until they were acquired by IBM, and Lawson Software, where he was Director of the Financial Services division. He holds a B.S. in Optical Engineering from the University of Rochester.
Senior Vice President and General Counsel
Michael Donahue serves as Vice President and General Counsel. Previously, he was Vice President and General Counsel of C.P. Baker & Company, Ltd., a Boston-based private equity firm. Prior to that, he was a corporate lawyer at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP.
Mike holds a B.A. from Boston College and a J.D. from the Northeastern University School of Law.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Jo Deal serves as LogMeIn’s Chief Human Resources Officer. She is responsible for leading global people strategy with a focus on attracting, developing and engaging world class talent by expanding LogMeIn’s reputation as one of tech’s most desirable career destinations, and by providing a collaborative learning environment where employees can grow their careers.
Prior to LogMeIn, Jo held HR executive roles within the mobility application division of Citrix and at Informatica Corporation.
She lives in the Bay Area with her husband and two children.
She holds a BA in Industrial economics from the University of Nottingham, England and a post graduate certification in HR through the Institute of Personnel & Development.
Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy
Rob serves as LogMeIn’s Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy, with a focus on development, communication, ongoing refinement, and execution of the company’s strategic plan, including the pursuit of inorganic growth opportunities.
Senior Vice President, Engineering
James Lok serves as the Senior Vice President of Engineering for LogMeIn. James joined the team from GetGo, a once wholly owned subsidiary of Citrix that merged with LogMeIn in early 2017. He brings with him over 20 years of product development leadership experience. Before Citrix, James was the VP of the Payment Solutions Division at Intuit.
James holds a master’s in computer engineering from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s in electrical engineering from the University of São Paulo. Married with two daughters, James enjoys hiking, cruising and home improvement projects.
Senior Vice President, International
Chris Manton-Jones serves as LogMeIn’s Senior Vice President of International. Chris is responsible for LogMeIn’s business outside of North America including operations based in Dublin, London, Bangalore, Sydney and Latin America.
With an executive career spanning 25 years in Software and Tech, Chris has in depth experience running European, Asia Pacific and Worldwide Operations for US Public Companies such as Peregrine Systems (now HP), Witness Systems (now Verint), Unica and IBM where under his leadership his business unit grew from $175-$450 in two years. Chris brings renewed focus to international strategy and growth as LogMeIn moves into the next phase of expansion under Bill Wagner’s leadership.
Senior Vice President, Customer Care
Scott Romesser serves as the Senior Vice President of Customer Care for LogMeIn. Scott joined the team from GetGo, a once wholly owned subsidiary of Citrix that merged with LogMeIn in early 2017. During his time at Citrix, Scott excelled in leadership roles for sales and services as well as integration management.
Previously, Scott worked at Software.com and Openwave in finance leadership roles. Scott earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration at the University of California, Santa Barbara. He currently lives in Santa Barbara with his wife and daughter.
General Manager, Identity & Access Management
John Bennett serves as General Manager of LogMeIn’s Identity and Access Management business unit. In this role, he is responsible for the general management and business development of all LogMeIn IAM products including, market-leading password manager, LastPass, and remote access and management solutions, LogMeIn Pro, GoToMyPc and LogMeIn Central. With more than 25 years of experience driving growth and leading change for communications and SaaS companies, he joined the company in 2017. Prior to joining LogMeIn, John held several product leadership roles at GetGo, a once wholly-owned subsidiary of Citrix that merged with LogMeIn in early 2017.
General Manager, Customer Engagement & Support
Paddy Srinivasan is the General Manager of LogMeIn’s Customer Engagement & Support business where he is accountable for the overall business performance including bookings, strategy, product delivery, and strategic partnerships. Before LogMeIn, Paddy founded Opstera, a Cloud Monitoring & Management start-up that was acquired by a Microsoft subsidiary in 2012. Before that, Paddy held various product and engineering leadership positions at Oracle and Microsoft. Paddy was instrumental in setting up Oracle’s R&D centers in the Asia Pacific region and launching its micro-embedded database business. At Microsoft, Paddy played a pivotal role in shaping the early versions of .Net and Sharepoint platforms.
Senior Vice President, Jive
John Pope serves as the Senior Vice President, Jive. Based in Orem, Utah, John and his fellow co-founders started Jive in 2006 to disrupt the telecom industry by changing the way businesses communicate. Before Jive, John studied Business Management at Brigham Young University and founded companies in the insurance and direct technology sales industries.
In 2014, Ernst and Young selected John as a finalist for Entrepreneur of the Year. In 2015, Frost & Sullivan named Jive Entrepreneurial Company of the Year, recognizing Jive’s growth, unique and innovative cloud services, and industry-specific go-to-market strategies.
