Whatever your position in our company...
You make your own rules and choose your direction
We click with people that are able to get down to work. We don’t need to tempt new talent with meal vouchers, paid leave, or other benefits. If you're prepared to work hard and are open to learning new things, you'll be happy here.
We work together on things that send shivers up and down my spine – in a good way. I am proud to be able to say “our efforts made that money”. There is no magic; we just work hard. I have been here for nine years, and I still want more.
Everybody has a chance to grow in what they like and enjoy. My professional path has weaved its way through many different areas. I started off in support, then became a developer and Scrum Master, and now I am the Development Director. Today, I look after 70 people – developers, testers, and technical writers.
I have been interested in .NET technologies since university. A while ago I attended a talk given by developers from Kentico. I really enjoyed what they were talking about and the way in which they presented the material. At the end of the talk they mentioned that they were looking for some new colleagues. So I got in touch with them... and now I have been working at Kentico for 4 years.
