The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Web Publisher to join Liberty Mutuals Independent Agent Marketing department as a key member of our dynamic and nimble web publishing team. This team plays a crucial role in content publishing across our web portals in the Independent Agent channel.
As a member of this team, you will own the creation, management, and publishing of our product and eligibility guides on the agent portals.

Your expertise in web publishing and project management processes will be instrumental in driving our team's and organization's success.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Engage, lead, and collaborate with stakeholders to edit large, complex documents via document management systems. Adobe FrameMaker experience is a plus.
- Create document proofs, supporting review and filing processes for departments of insurance in various states.
- Publish approved documents and content in cloud base storage and content management systems.
- Ensure that all content is reviewed and published in a timely manner and with the highest quality, by following existing processes.
- Support web publishers in various agent portal content updates.
- Support team project management in triaging work requests, project assignment, and capacity planning within Adobe Workfront.
- Utilize data analysis skills to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Contribute to web application development initiatives by reporting bugs and providing suggestions to improve publishing processes and workflows.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of project management principles and concepts.
- Project management certification preferred.
- Displays effective communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, presentation, influencing, and relationship management skills;
- Emerging team building skills.
- Business operations knowledge to include understanding the function's value chain and market conditions strongly preferred.
- Competencies typically acquired through a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in addition to 2+ years of relevant experience to include project management work.
