Day in the life of a UX Designer at Crayon
As a UX Designer at Crayon, you will use user-centered design methods to enable competitive intelligence professionals and their stakeholders of shifts in their competitive landscape. You will work closely on a team with product managers and engineers to solve unique and exciting challenges. You will have the ability to interview customers and put yourself in their shoes to translate their needs into clean, simple designs. We expect you to have a strong sense of user experience and user interface best practices, but always gather feedback to validate your designs. Our design team believes strong collaboration with product and engineering is critical to our success. We also work closely with support and customer success, as they are the front line with our users every day and provide a great perspective into how to make Crayon the best in the industry! We want your voice and contribution to shine through beautiful and accessible designs. Our design system enables us to collaborate easily and test often. We balance our day-to-day work with future-looking UX innovation through things like bi-weekly sketching sessions, continued growth through education stipends, and more.
