As Flipside and our community grow we are seeking a progressive, culture-driving, people leader to create new ways to attract and engage the very best talent in crypto. Weve built a culture with a rich mixture of native crypto experts, best in class leaders in their technical area, and experienced business builders. Our new SVP People Success will continue to develop Flipsides unique culture, while establishing organization design to build strong people cultures across our DAO network.
This position reports to the CEO.
What youll do
- Provide an executive level voice that can partner with the CEO to proactively create the culture and supporting messaging that he sees as a critical advantage for Flipside
- Establish models and systems for enabling the people organization for our DAOs, beginning with MetricsDAO.xyz
- Evolve our approach to recruiting to take advantage of our in-house talent and their network, our community, and embed us in the larger crypto community as a source of new talent
- Assume leadership of our existing (and outstanding!) People Success team who will continue to drive our day to day people operations, training, and cultural programs
What youll bring
- A passion for building culture and organizational growth in non-traditional ways (we are not in need of additional policies and procedures)
- A high level level of written and verbal communications skills
- An inspirational leader who drives excitement throughout the organization
- Ability to operate at an executive level, taking directional input and independently translating it into action
- Strong attention to detail and good follow-up skills
- Experience with organizational strategy, compensation philosophy, employee relations, DEIB, and other key aspects of a People team
- Expertise as a manager, mentor, and developer of people
- Crypto knowledge is good to have, but not a must
