We are looking for a Partnership Manager. In this role, you will focus primary on driving strategic partnerships activity to develop an innovative care ecosystem and drive new revenue for CVS Kidney Care. We are seeking an individual who has experience in corporate development, strategic partnerships, or similar field with a proven track record in driving partnerships and revenue. The right candidate will possess a strong understanding of CVS business and healthcare industry.
You possess deep knowledge of the healthcare industry and partnership structures. You have a cross functional perspective and can effectively engage product and sales organizations to achieve desired outcomes. You are action oriented and outcomes driven. You have executive presence and can build strong, collaborative relationships at senior levels within CVS and partner organization.
Perform market analysis (e.g., trends, size, competitive landscape) and develop strategic recommendation on potential partnership opportunities to senior leadership
Conduct company due diligence, and share with cross-functional teams to prioritize opportunities
Support teams in identifying, structuring, and executing strategic partnerships and growth opportunities
Manage end to end deal execution for growth and strategic partnerships opportunities working across commercial, product, legal and regulatory teams
Develop strategic partnership plan, and manage partnerships to drive maximize value creation
Manage channel business development and sales operations
This job can be worked remotely anywhere in the U.S.
5+ years strategic partnership, business development, corporate strategy, venture capital, and/or top-tier management consulting experience
Complex program management across cross-functional teams
Demonstrated healthcare market intelligence, and experience analyzing markets, businesses, and trends
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to generate insights and action plans from data
Experience in analysis and presentation of results in a clear and effective manner
Excellent communication skills including interfacing with potential partners and customers
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects / responsibilities
Experience structuring and executing deals
Kidney / dialysis market experience
Provider and/or payor experience
MBA or other advanced degree (preferred)
