The Enterprise Health Services Marketing team is seeking a dynamic, creative B2B Marketing Manager who can lead the development and execution of the B2B marketing strategy for Plan Sponsor, Broker/Consultant, Caremark (Pharmacy Benefit Management) and Payer-Agnostic audiences at CVS Health.
Your goal will be to drive awareness, adoption, and utilization of the Enterprise Virtual Care product among our Aetna sales organization and B2B buyer audiences.
Lead the development of a full suite of B2B marketing materials with internal/external agencies.
Brief, design, distribute, optimize/update and roll out these materials with appropriate brand/white-labeling considerations (incl. sales pitch decks, sell sheets, online/printed FAQs, videos, webinars, Aetna website and app, digital assets, etc.).
You will work cross-functionally with the Go-to-Market Product team, Digital/UX, Aetna Marketing, Sales Enablement and internal/external agency functions to research and articulate the right messaging and positioning of the Enterprise Virtual Care product.
You will develop, launch, and maintain marketing materials, train the salesforce, and manage the marketing strategy, analytics, and tactics for ongoing product rollouts as the business expands.
Manage and maintain this complex suite of B2B-specific materials and content on digital portals.
Collaborate with B2C Strategic Marketing Manager to design the new end-user enrollment and engagement experience.
Lead the research, creative development, execution, reporting, sequencing, and optimization of these tactics.
Establish and report out on marketing program KPIs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Maintain an understanding of complex B2B buyer segments, competitors, and channel best practices to continuously inspire world-class strategic thinking.
5+ years of progressive experience in marketing or related field
1+ years experience in B2B marketing strategy/execution
