This role is responsible for leading strategic recommendations and programs/campaigns to drive 1st B2B sale as well as 2nd DTC adoption and ongoing engagement to our Attain app. Attain is a first-of-its-kind health experience. It combines your health history with your wearable activity to offer personalized goals, achievable actions, and big rewards. One of the companys highest priority initiatives is to expand this new consumer-facing technology to Android users in 2022 and CVS Specialty patients in 2023, ensuring healthcare can be more real-time and user driven.
This role is meant for a digital ninja that knows how to turn user insights into killer user centric marketing and digital experiences. Sitting at the intersection of the user, product design and marketing, this team thrives and excels working with highly dynamic cross functional teams who are co-located in Wellesley, MA.
Create campaign goals and objectives, and briefs to support execution and implementation
Create ongoing surround sound engagement plans both in-app and off-app
Develop tailored content to help sales enablement drive and nurture current customers and prospect relationships throughout the sales cycle
Develop targeted test and learn digital first acquisition strategies using 1:1 and broad-based marketing channels that evolves through ongoing analysis
Built a segmentation, positioning and messaging framework based on demographics, attitudes, behaviors, and LTV
Conceptualize, plan, and execute omni-channel CRM campaigns, for sustained engagement, churn intervention, and reactivation for a consistent customer experience
Design and participate in UX/UI user testing and market intelligence translating results and insight into new or enhanced app experiences and features to bring the voice-of-the-customer to the forefront
Ensure the product development teams are working with data and insight-driven journeys that deliver on the most valuable benefits and features to most valued members
Monitor campaign and produce monthly reports on acquisition, engagement, and retention, synthesizing results and providing insights to senior leadership on how to enhance digital strategies
Provide thought leadership and direction for marketing solutions.
Develop, execute, and monitor influence content with outside voices and health and wellness experts
Inspire those around you with how you work and treat others curiosity, humility and positivity are a must
6+ years of progressive experience in marketing or related field.
Health and wellness experience preferred
Digital first mindset with web and or app marketing experience
Experience in Product, Marketing, Brand Management, Agencies, or Consulting roles.
Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or another related field
B2B and DTC experience
Experience in program, project, and vendor management.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
