Were seeking a data-driven merchandiser with a keen eye for product trends to join our Merchandising team as Site Merchandising Manager. You will be responsible for utilizing web analytics and data to guide ongoing improvements to optimize site merchandising performance while maintaining a visually compelling experience. The Site Merchandising Manager role has many facets, and youll have the opportunity to support new front-end site features and functionality, optimize existing website features, curate product assortments and support our email strategy. You will also serve as the merchandising lead for a new third party AI-powered search and merchandising platform. You will help determine the best way to utilize this new tool to improve website revenue and conversion rates. You will also be expected to identify ways to automate existing manual processes with the new tool.

This is a highly cross-functional role that works closely with the Maker Operations, Growth, Product and Engineering teams. The ideal candidate will feel comfortable managing competing priorities and deadlines across these various teams. The position reports to the Merchandising Director and offers excellent training and potential for advancement.


  • Create and execute category specific site optimizations, merchandising assortments, navigation pathways and landing experiences to best support product launches, email campaigns and the overall shopping experience.

  • Develop and execute day-to-day merchandise strategy in collaboration with the Merchandising Director. This includes seasonal and holiday campaigns, site personalization and search optimization.

  • Serve as the business lead for a new third party AI-powered search and merchandising platform. Oversee integration of new platform and develop strategy for priority initiatives to drive results.

  • Responsible for managing site content, including homepage, gift page, landing pages, site banners, and all product content.

  • Analyze both historical and consumer insight data to develop and support merchandising decisions that also align with company-wide initiatives.

  • Support email planning and strategy, ensure we surface relevant trends and products that align with the on-site landing experience.

  • Support all A/B testing and projects related to new ecommerce/site related projects.

  • Mentor peers in e-commerce best practices and cross-category solutions.

  • Support marketing and growth initiatives (e.g. digital & print catalogs, holiday campaigns) by providing curated and powerful merchandise assortments.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelors degree and 5-6 years of e-commerce or digital merchandising experience

  • Should excel at identifying trends but also be comfortable analyzing data to drive decision making

  • Understanding of digital analytics, optimization and B2C shopping experiences

  • A self-starter with strong project management and organizational skills that enable you to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and Google Analytics

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated experience working with an AI-powered search and merchandising third party platform (Bloomreach experience a plus)

  • Magento experience a plus
