Bullhorn: Senior Strategic Consultant

The Senior Consultant in the Strategic Consulting Group is a key position within the Bullhorn Professional Services Team. As a Senior Consultant, you will work directly with our largest customers around the globe to optimize their workflow and usage of the Bullhorn suite of products. This position specifically is to work with our spanish speaking clients in the Americas.

In the Senior Strategic Consultant role, your typical day might include:

  • Assisting new and existing clients with KPI development, business process mapping, and business case analysis.

  • Responsible for contributing to the sales of consulting solutions to our clients

  • Consulting clients on Bullhorn and Staffing Industry best practices to enable increased user adoption and system ROI.

  • Implementing Adoption and Change Readiness programs for new clients, providing communication planning, rollout strategies , and adoption enablement , as well as ongoing success, development of company benchmarking, feature audits and usage reviews with Enterprise level customers.

  • Reporting regular progress to the Professional Services leadership team with regard to the status of ongoing projects, capacity, escalations , and other initiatives.

This job might be for you if you have:

  • A proven track record of 2+ years managing Enterprise client relationships in the human capital space

  • A sales mindset

  • Extensive experience interfacing with customers of all sizes within the SaaS industry or the Staffing Industry

  • Fluency in Spanish, native preferred

  • Strong track record of successfully executing against key performance indicators

  • Ability to travel up to 80% mostly North America but some International.

Bonus points for:

  • Previous consulting experience

  • Proven leadership experience in sales or recruitment functions

  • Exposure to the Bullhorn or Bullhorn for Force product suite
