About the Platform Program
Salsifys mission is to empower brand manufacturers to win on the digital shelf. To support brands on this mission we offer an integrated set of capabilities including platform capabilities (for data management, business process management, security, administration), activation capabilities (for getting product information live and optimized on the digital shelf), direct-to-consumer capabilities (for powering direct-to-consumer listings where brands sell directly to consumers/buyers). The platform directly powers data management use cases as well as enables the other activation and direct-to-consumer use cases. This role will sit within the platform group.
About the Role
Salsify's partnership with brand manufacturers starts with secure, scalable, flexible and repeatable enterprise-grade integrations. Helping customers onboard more easily will decrease time to market and enabling more customization will empower a wider diversity of roles to achieve their use cases though the platform. These efforts will be the focus of this role and key to the value Salsify delivers.
To achieve this vision, you will work across our platform, PIM, direct-to-consumer and activation success teams, our growing partner network and third-party solutions. We are looking for a highly motivated, technical and curious cross-functional Senior Product Manager that can weigh many different priorities from these stakeholder groups and take a collaborative approach to change management in delivering this highly-visible initiative.
Skills in ramping up on new technologies, evaluating third-party solutions and navigating SaaS organizations at the next level of scale (500 - 5000 people), are all highly relevant, however, not all candidates will have a track record in all of these areas.
How youll make an impact:
- Plan, execute & champion sprint/quarter/half-year/year outcomes.
- Drive communication, proactively engage the organization for feedback, actively support executive discussions.
- Monitor health of product area and drive changes accordingly, with support on organizational alignment.
- Operate with independence. Demonstrate & encourage Salsify and product values.
Youll enjoy this role if you have:

- 3+ years product experience building and growing SaaS offerings (not necessarily in Product).
- Experience developing and growing a compute-intensive enterprise offering.
- Proven track record to contribute to a vision, excite, and guide cross-functional technology teams.
- Displays and embodies resourcefulness, passion and an innate sense of curiosity.
- Able to work cross-functionally to bring new products and new capabilities to market.
- Ability to develop a strategy and engage stakeholders to participate in strategic planning through outstanding oral and written communication.
