Day in the life of a Senior Product Manager at Crayon
As Product Manager at Crayon, you should be excited and curious to dig into understanding how business professionals & teams globally tackle sales and competitive intelligence. If you dont understand their needs, we wont be successful in making our users and customers effective. Product Managers need to execute on the roadmap through collaboration with internal stakeholders, customer feedback using Productboard, and balancing technical requirements with your engineering counterparts. Youll be a critical part of our growing team, with the opportunity to make a huge impact on Crayon's success working closely with our CPO. Each day youll align with your UX & Engineering leads, keeping users as your north star, to deliver end-to-end solutions creating value for customers and impact on their business metrics. You should be focused on preparing the right messaging for release readiness with customer success and support so they are up to speed on your awesome efforts. Post release adoption, usage stats and measurement of the health of the release should inform next steps or opportunities for improvements on the platform. Product is never done but theres always a balance to creating new exciting workflows or just bringing a smile to a users face for making their jobs easier day to day. You will be leading the organization by example with excitement and energy for all the great things to come!

What were looking for:
- 5+ years Product Management experience in rapidly growing B2B SaaS businesses.
- Someone who can take an idea and break it down into high value iterations.
- Strong communication skills when presenting roadmaps or upcoming release initiatives to stakeholders.
- Established track record of shipping exceptional products at varying levels of technical detail with all levels and types of internal stakeholders in one-on-one and group situations
- A passion for helping customers thrive.
- You get energized by problem solving and taking the initiative.
- Experience correlating adoption metrics with business value; Experience with Heap, SQL and API integrations with Salesforce and ChurnZero or Gainsight.
Bonus skills to add to the team:
- Hands-on experience with small, high-velocity B2B startup organizations.
- Understanding of Productboard use for roadmap and customer feedback aggregation.
- Self-motivated, able to be persuasive to drive shifts in product plans through data driven metrics
- Ability to solve problems creatively while juggling technical constraints and limitations as they apply to design for both desktop and mobile.

This position is remote or if youre in the Boston area, hybrid office time is an option but not a requirement. Our product and engineering team does travel twice a year for kickoffs and team building events so you can get to know your peers.
