Were looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to play a pivotal role in building the next-generation home company. We are looking for an inherently curious and driven person who begins their work by really understanding the problem to solve, and can balance robust and quick solutions alike. You should be able to use your judgment on when to drive deep discovery processes and when to rely on tried, true, and tested best practices in design. You also balance brand integrity, customer experience, and business fundamentals throughout your work.

What youll do:

  • Work with Product, Data, and Engineering to define goals, objectives, roadmap, and processes
  • Connect the dots across experiences and teams to create a cohesive and world-class customer experience
  • A champion of the user, you participate in user research and ensure designs and strategy are informed by research and data. You also know how and when to leverage past experience and move fast
  • Evolve our design process, tools and systems to ensure were creating great, consistent, and scalable work
  • Employ your knowledge of eComm analytics and HCD principles to focus resources
  • Proactively examine the consumer funnel and suggest ideas for optimization and improvement on an ongoing basis

What you have:

  • 5+ years of experience designing and shipping software products
  • Strong product design sense that allows you to fluidly move from high-level strategic conversation to nitty-gritty details
  • Ability to present and sell your ideas, create a coalition, and build support
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; you enjoy figuring out what needs to be doneand then doing it
  • Approach problems with curiosity, and excitement to learn and grow your skills
  • Experience driving product design efforts in B2C eComm environment is a must, with physical goods being a plus
  • Proficient in modern design tools like Figma, Miro, Adobe, InVision, etc.
