: Senior Director of Global Partnerships

CyberArk is in search of a Senior Director of Global Partner Programs

If you are someone who has created, implemented and expanded global channel programs and strategies, and has driven incremental opportunity to the company, this role is for you.

You will be responsible for all phases and aspects of global partner program development, across all partners types (including systems integrator, advisory, outsourcer, and other strategic partners). In addition, you'll be responsible for ongoing alignment of the partner program and strategy as we iterate, expand and otherwise grow the portfolio to service broader markets and partner types (including distribution, MSPs and outsourcers). You will work with partners to understand shifting markets and partner needs and adjust, as appropriate, to build and maintain strong partner relationships.You'll also collaborate cross-functionally to establish a foundation for a world class partner ecosystem.

You'll be doing things such as:

o Support the Global Channels Go-To-Market (GTM) Lead in driving GTM strategy and successful adoption in the partner communities

o Work with the regional and global team to implement and manage a globally consistent pay-for-performance, competency-based channel program that is aligned with a subscription and SaaS first GTM

o Develop global guidelines for partner competencies and measurements, managing all related initiatives aimed at training existing partners and increasing productivity

o Understand the market data (as it adjusts regionally) and assist with partner strategy, alignment and recruitment for proper coverage based on such data

o Build effective collaboration across all functional areas including sales, marketing, services, product, and operations

o Work across the CyberArk Partner Ecosystem (Alliances, Service Providers, MSPs, ISVs) to drive synergies and joint opportunities with Solution Providers, Corporate Resellers, etc.

o Educate our partner field organization on the value of competency-based partners and to support field-based partner goals

o Identify the operational gaps and programs (services, etc.) where we need partner operations to create new tools, functionality or process to support the partner GTM plans

o Communicate feedback from partners and research regarding how we can enhance our joint GTM experience for partners in the space

- Demand and Capacity Planning

o Forecast demand and capacity of the partner network to optimize the program

o Development of metrics to monitor the performance of individual partners and the overall partner network with an eye toward overall strategy alignment

o Work with the services organization to develop a balanced approach to partner services delivery

Partner Activity/Performance

o Track how partner companies perform against standards/requirements; identify opportunities to improve partner company and consultant performance

o Ongoing Performance Knowledge Development focus on portal delivery of channel metrics to partners, including renewal rates and overall customer satisfaction

o Ensure that partners have the training and access to knowledge needed to deliver on assignments

o Communication Tools: Ensure the Partner Portal provides value to partner network (make the portal the primary means for effective communications)

o Continue to drive innovative ideas into our partner network

You have:

Minimum of 8-10 years of work experience managing global partner programs in a global, complex environment

Five or more years of experience with software and technology, preferably in a security or enterprise solution, high growth role

Executive presence and high degree of professional maturity

Ability to engage all stakeholders, including executives

Outstanding presentation skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to travel domestically and globally

MBA or advanced technical degree preferred
