Teikametrics is looking for a System Administrator (Salesforce/Zuora). In this role, you would not only answer questions, but anticipate the questions that will be asked. You must be able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to deliver accurate business intelligence and drive revenue growth via system design, implementation, and integration. You will work across all teams such as Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to improve Salesforce and its integration with other business systems. Your primary objective is to empower users and business leaders by building practical and scalable processes and streamlining workflow. Candidates will need to be organized, resourceful, flexible, interpersonal and willing to learn. QUALIFIED CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
3 - 5+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce and CPQ (Zuora preferred) Administration.
Experience with full implementation and integration of new CPQ/ Billing System with Salesforce.
Understanding of business processes in a billing department.
Ability to configure Salesforce rules in support of CPQ (Zuora preferred) and Billing business processes.
Experience with BI Tools (Mode, Looker, etc) and SQL a plus.
Experience implementing CPQ and Billing package (Experience with common billing processes and operations practices such as: product and pricing models, discount schedule, consumption schedule, subscriptions, usage, invoicing, bill cycles and processing, payments, credit notes, debit notes, customer disputes, adjustments, AR, taxation, collections, and revenue recognition).
Integration of Salesforce data with external systems such as Snowflake and Zuora via API.
