Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual with a sales or service background to help Account Managers administer client renewals. Your ability to clearly understand our product set, sustain and renew client subscriptions, resolve customer issues/problems, work with a wide range of Account Managers on renewal strategy, and effectively manage your time will be the key to success.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative renewal sales support for the Account Manager team, which involves researching subscribed products for correct data, and creating renewal order forms
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure a good customer experience and on time renewals
  • Partner with sales leaders to achieve monthly and quarterly renewal revenue/retention targets
  • Work cross functionally to resolve customer’s billing, contract, and service requests
  • Handle specified renewals directly with the client
  • Effectively manage set of assigned renewal opportunities
  • Maintain detailed account of daily activity in Salesforce

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-3 years Inside-sales experience, preferably handling renewals and working with a client base directly
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Must possess proven track record of consistently and successfully attaining sales goals
  • Excellent relationship building and sale closing skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and grow as we grow
  • Ability to pick up technology and business value proposition
  • Must be self-organized and disciplined
  • Experience using Salesforce as a CRM a plus
