Summary:

Reporting to Head of Sales, the Sales Operations Lead will be responsible for supporting the entire sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, experience running a CRM system and related tools, experience creating reports and dashboards and strong business intuition to guide analysis.

Your day to day:

  • Coordinate sales forecasting and planning used within the sales department
  • Proactively monitor and maintain high level of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales system
  • Analyze and report results to support informed decisions to drive improved performance and results across sales
  • Analyze sales initiatives and programs to identify trends, spotting problems
  • Partner with the sales teams to understand the business and sales challenges
  • Build and implement sales analytics and business intelligence to enable selling strategies
  • Work on creating the ideal KPI and quota system for the sales team based on historical data
  • Develop reports and presentations, etc., to communicate results in a brief and easy to understand manner

Your Background:

  • 4 - 6 years of relevant sales operations experience
  • Strong CRM administrator skills
  • Knack to analyze trends and make recommendations
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
  • Creative problem-solver who can manage multiple projects with ease and a keen attention to detail
  • Passion for high-growth, marketplace business and desire to contribute to the growth of the company
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivated self-starter with excellent work ethic and team-first attitude
  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
