Job Description
- Support the goals and initiatives of Dynatraces Sales Onboarding team, whose mission is to accelerate the readiness and effectiveness of our Global Sales Organization
- Assist with the planning and facilitation of the monthly New Seller Bootcamp program, designed to increase productivity and reduce ramp time
- Identify gaps in training content and assist in building a library of presentation decks, one-pagers, case studies and baseline content that can be used for training
- Seek to actively identify and document best practices and process improvements that can be implemented to drive efficiencies
- Help with the implementation and seller enablement of Dynatraces new Revenue Enablement Platform, Highspot
- Conduct field analysis by meeting with reps and provide remediation recommendations for impediments to seller success. Collect data to answer questions such as what tools are reps using? How can the sales process be optimized? What behaviors do successful and less successful reps exhibit?
Qualifications
- Current enrollment in educational program, pursuing a degree in a related field
- Organized, resourceful problem-solver, reliable team-player, quick learner, demonstrated high attention to detail, and follow-through to project completion
- Strong working knowledge and understanding of process mapping and data analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Learning and Content Management Systems a plus, must be comfortable learning new technology
