Trux is growing and adding a Business Development Representative to the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of accelerating pipelines and closing business. We're looking for someone who is passionate about engaging with our customers.
In this role you will:
Generate opportunities through outbound, strategic & targeted prospecting
Close business in a targeted region
Take leads from marketing programs and mature them to customer qualified opportunities
Drive lead qualification for the sales team and build market interest
Mature prospect conversations through multi-channel communications
Support and collaborate with Sales and, Marketing teams to create, develop, and accelerate opportunities
What you bring:
2-3 years experience in Business Development or Inside Sales (ideally in the software industry)
Ability to perform conversational qualification of leads from outreach campaigns
Ability to meet and exceed quota
Experience with proactive navigation of account to develop new contacts
Comfortable with research with industry resources to develop contact lists
Disciplined use of Salesforce.com
Excellent communication skills written and verbal
