As a Sales Development Representative at Mendix, youll help the most recognizable organizations in the world realize their vision and overcome their challenges with a new, better way to build software. Youll do this by building expertise in a handful of specific industries, establishing and executing against strategic account plans in partnership with our account executives, solution architects, CSMs and even partners, then scheduling and running your own initial meetings using our value-selling methodology.
Our best SDRs combine creativity and curiosity with a default-to-action mentality to cut through the noise, stand out from the crowd, and position Mendix to support the biggest business challenges our customers face.
As a Mendix Sales Development Representative, you will:
- Immerse youll be counted on to immerse yourself in the business landscape of the industries youll sell into. Whether banking, insurance, manufacturing, SLED, or other, Mendix customers tackle diverse and complex problems and look for technology partners that understand them, and for solutions that fit their specific needs.
- Plan youll first put your expertise to work by leading the early-stage development of strategic account plans, which will serve as a roadmap for you and the cross-functional team youll be a part of, to help our customers make the biggest impact possible.
- Engage youll use your default-to-action mentality to establish and execute an operating rhythm which produces impactful customer outcomes at the scale needed to exceed your own personal goals and expectations.
- Establish Value not only will you schedule initial meetings, but youll run them yourself with the aim of conducting the kind of customer-first discovery needed to truly understand and help our customers change the way they build software.
