You will be responsible for day to day execution of sales activities interacting with non-profit leaders and board members to drive new business. Excellent presentation, communication, active listening and problem solving skills are a must. Sense of self responsibility and comfortability with change that comes with an early stage SaaS business is essential.

Skills and Experience

  • 1-2 years B2B sales experience, SaaS or subscription sales is a plus
  • Non-Profit/Business acumen – an understanding of Non-Profit structure (dynamics of the board – head of non-profit relationship) and the drivers in a B2B sales process
  • Discovery and objection handling – skilled at asking questions, listening, identifying needs, connecting solutions to needs and redirecting
  • Value based selling – connect BoardOnTrack as a solution to customer’s stated needs
  • Proficient with technology – to include Excel, PowerPoint, and online presentation applications
  • Experience with a start ups and working in fast-paced environments a plus
