Teikametrics is looking for an ambitious Revenue Operations Manager. In this role, you would not only answer questions, but anticipate the questions that will be asked. Processes & Team Efficiency
Processes: Map, document, and maintain internal cross-functional processes
Drive Efficiency: Drive efficiency across external-facing teams, e.g. providing materials and data that help teams to work more effectively
Cross-Functional Coordination: Manage operational projects across departments. Analyze opportunities, synthesize findings, develop action plans, gain consensus and act as part of the ongoing team to translate recommendations into results
Stakeholder Accountability: Work effectively with stakeholders across the organization to identify business pain points and develop interpersonal relationships with the end-user
Data & Reporting
Reporting: Conduct ongoing analysis of our business to drive performance outcomes
Analysis: Working across functions to analyze customer success, marketing, and sales data. Generate regular pipeline, revenue forecast, account development, and retention reports for company leadership
Attribution: Maintain Sales pipeline reports based on Marketing attribution sources and the resulting impact on opportunities and bookings
People & Enablement
Team-member Onboarding: Develop and maintain internal documentation (training guides, practice materials) to facilitate quick ramp-up of new team members and standardize processes
Technology / Systems
Salesforce and Hubspot Administration: Contribute to administration of Salesforce and Hubspot to provide visibility into business metrics and drive efficiency
Business Intelligence Tools: Assist with the evaluation and implementation of BI tools across the organization. Examples include InsightSquared, Tableau, Clari, Salesforce Dashboards, etc.
QUALIFIED CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of relevant experience in a Business Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Customer Success Operations role
Prior experience with Salesforce.com and Hubspot (or similar marketing automation platforms)
Experience with other Sales, CS, or Marketing productivity tools a plus
Organized and complete work within established time frames
Systematic in your approach to problem-solving and excited about process improvement.
Creative with the ability to think outside of the box
