As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the technical relationship with our hospital IT security enterprise clients. As the lead technical point of contact, you will help guide the successful deployment, use, and understanding of our breakthrough market entry. As a trusted advisor, you will manage the technical success of these customers through your deep knowledge of our product platform, responsiveness, and excellent customer relationship management skills. You will also coordinate with our entire customer success team to ensure that our clients will derive superior value from our service and an outstanding return on their product investment.
What You Will Do:
Lead technical liaison and central point of contact for our hospital security and IT customers
Become a trusted advisor, understand your customers business objectives, and advocate for timely resolution to outstanding technical and product issues
Work directly with Sales Engineering and Account Executives to create annual plan to address the technical needs and business outcomes of our customer
Develop deep technical knowledge of Tausights technology platform and product offerings
Assist with deployment, maintenance, and identify and implement improvements to processes, documents, tools, and reports to benefit and enhance the customer process
What You Need:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline
5+ years of experience in a customer-facing, technical account manager, professional services, or sales engineer role, ideally within SaaS companies and/or the healthcare industry
Demonstrated customer relationship management and strong project management skills
Strong work ethic with excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Quick study, creative problem solving skills, and strong technical aptitude that enables you to accurately and enthusiastically translate our product capabilities to best meet client needs
