As a Senior Software Reliability Engineer, you will maximize up-time of autonomous mobile robots and cloud-based software to power faster fulfillment. In this remote position, you will:
- Build Tools to proactively identify emerging issues by monitoring fleets of collaborative robots
- Troubleshoot mission critical escalations in real time to ensure reliability for our customers
- Address Issues using information from databases, logs, and robot movement data
- Partner with DevOps and Software Engineering teams to ensure reliability and performance of our systems
- Share Knowledge by creating and maintaining internal documentation
- Mentor Team Members on troubleshooting techniques across a variety of technologies and systems
- Support Customers by responding to escalated issues during on call shifts
This position will be a great match if you have:
- Proficiency in cloud-based solutions, microservices, and Kubernetes
- Experience addressing system performance issues and maximizing uptime for customers
- Drive to solve challenging problems and commitment to addressing the root cause
- Experience building tools and using metrics to monitor performance across complex systems
- Ability to support customers by troubleshooting both hardware and software
- Practical experience with relational databases
- Knowledge of Linux and experience with scripting languages (e.g. Node, Bash, Python)
