Senior Enablement Manager

The Senior Enablement Manager job plans, directs, and oversees the Client Enablement Consultants. The Senior Enablement Manager ensures consistent and efficient delivery of our Enablement, Change Management and Adoption programs by ensuring adherence to the Cogito best practices. As People Manager, the Senior Manager assesses, develops, coaches, and supports his/her team in the defining career path and developing the skills to be successful.


Coach, mentor, and develop the competencies of the existing and future Enablement Consultants

Assess and document, via the performance review process, Enablement Consultants performance to the role and its associated competencies;

Provide oversight and direction with regarding to the Cogito policies and procedures;

Identify, document, and assign training to the Enablement Consultants based on the individual career paths as well as the overall Enablement competencies;

Work with the Enablement Consultants to define individual MBOs at the onset of the quarter to align with the Client Services OKRs as defined by the Senior Leadership Team;

Set-up and conduct regular check-ins of progress and alignment on the deliverables to ensure completion by quarters end;

In collaboration with Senior Director Program Management/Enablement, define the MBO payout metrics for individuals quarterly payout;

Allocate and manage the scheduling of the Client Enablement Consultants to successfully deliver to committed projects in addition to projecting resource allocations based on sales pipeline;

Utilize capacity, time entry, and pipeline reporting to manage resource allocation and drive resource utilization, prevent burn out, identify potential constraints, and forecast upcoming hiring needs;

Partner cross-functionally with Client Success Managers, Program Managers, and Insights Consultants to drive collaboration, teamwork and consistency in delivery;

Identify, propose, and implement new Change Management and adoption-driving strategies to help motivate our end users better interact with Cogito, with an eye on client satisfaction;

Work with each Enablement Consultant to ensure that user are receiving a client-specific delivery of our Change Management and Behavior Change best practices;

Ensure methodical application of each best practice and encourage Enablement Consultants to create tailor-made solutions and proactively propose solutions where needed;

Responsible for ensuring all Enablement processes, methodology and standard artifacts and assets are used throughout client use period by all Enablement Consultants;

Regularly audit and update Enablement artifacts to ensure end users are viewing the most current documentation and the most up to date methodology is being deployed;

Actively participate in Cogito cross functional meetings to include Client Implementation, Red Review, Release Updates, etc...to ensure Client Enablement has a voice, are made aware of any impactful changes, and are ensuring collaboration with proper sign offl;

Weekly review of the Capacity to Actuals with the Enablement Consultants with hyper-focus on forecast for the upcoming 2 weeks and consideration for 8 weeks in total, to understand client, project and resources challenges and opportunities;

General partner with cross functional Client Services Managers Senior to drive collaboration, teamwork and consistency in client delivery;

Conduct weekly Enablement team meetings with defined agendas to ensure the team is in sync, provide company and departmental updates, review Capacity to Actual reporting, and discuss any blockers/challenges that need to be addressed outside of the Enablement team;

Partner with Client Directors in a pre-sales capacity by participating in sales calls and providing artifacts as requested, within reason, to support the sale;

Participate in the Client Services Leadership weekly team meeting, monthly team meeting and quarterly off-sites including ownership of agenda item(s);

Provide updates as requested for the Cogito Feast newsletter and any other corporate communications;

Be an active team member on initiatives as they are defined across the organization to grow the company and improve business processes, to include the release of new products and features;

Identify and schedule internal enablement sessions with cross functional Client Services Managers that will elevate the overall Client Services team, as well as the team members internal knowledge and ability to successfully deliver the Cogito solution.


Bachelor's Degree

A minimum of five years experience in Enablement or Customer Success

A minimum of one year in a supervisory position, minimum of three years in a management position

Strong leadership skills

Strong attention to detail, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
