Brief Overview:
The Senior Content Associate reports to the Senior Content Marketing Manager and is responsible for creating an assortment of B2B content and communications to support lead generation, brand awareness and client success. You will develop meaningful cross-channel content around industry trends and value drivers, company differentiators, and key themes to meet strategic goals and objectives. The Senior Content Associate will develop a deep understanding of the different healthcare verticals we serveproviders, payers and governmentand clearly communicate key messages to these audiences. You will be involved in cross-functional collaboration and will partner with stakeholders including Product Marketing, Lead Generation, Market Insights, Growth Marketing, Design, Account Management and more. You will spend your time:
- Developing B2B content including emails, blog posts, web copy, webinars, case studies, client communications, and more
- Coordinating client engagement and education initiatives (such as virtual events and roundtable discussions) and developing supporting copy and content
- Gathering insights and developing relevant content for clinicians and other key audiences
- Reviewing and editing B2B content created by internal stakeholders
- Coordinating internally to streamline B2B content creation and bring Amwell's content marketing to life

Core Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate client engagement and education initiatives
- Develop content for key verticals, including health systems, health plans, government, and providers
- Support client communications, including newsletters, technical updates, customer support and provider communications
- Develop and edit B2B copy for product marketing, growth marketing, lead generation and social media initiatives
- Strategize and execute content strategies around web content and blog posts
- Support content release plans featuring webinars, case studies and whitepapers
- Creatively and strategically incorporate key themes and messages into content assignments
- Conduct interviews with internal stakeholders and clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field
- 3-5 years of content experience (B2B, healthcare, or health tech experience preferred)
- Superior copywriting, editing, communication and storytelling skills
- Direct experience developing both short and long-form B2B content
- Creative and energetic problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment
- A demonstrated ability to drive projects, regularly report on progress/roadblocks, pivot quickly and manage competing priorities
- Excellent organization skills
- Passion to improve healthcare
- Healthcare industry experience a plus
- Content marketing experience a plus
- Experience using a marketing automation software such as Marketo or HubSpot a plus
- Familiarity with Wordpress a plus
