As a Product Marketing Manager at 6RS, you will research, develop, and launch stories about our fulfillment solutions to communicate the business value for supply chain leaders and influencers. In this new position, you will:
- Craft the Product Story: Develop the core messaging, positioning, personas, and deal cycle needs for buyers and influencers
- Create Content to Tell the Story: Craft compelling, audience-specific messages and tools (product videos, customer success stories, web content, presentations, webinars, analyst papers etc.) to demonstrate the business value of 6RS solutions
- Align the Story Across Teams: Equip the Sales Enablement and Technical Training teams with the required messaging and collateral to build effective tools and training across all go-to-market functions
- Launch New Products: Successfully project manage and execute all New Product Introductions (NPIs) and feature / capability enhancements
- Drive Demand: Partner with Demand Generation, Regional Marketing, and Customer Marketing teams to successfully drive awareness and demand for new products, features and benefits
- Evaluate Outcomes: Establish metrics and monitor efficacy of initiatives to assess impact and make recommendations to adapt strategy and/or messaging as necessary
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager with demonstrated success leading new product introductions, as well as:
- Experience gathering, consolidating, and communicating requirements
- You will have the ability to
- Translate individual use cases into a compelling go-to-market strategy
- Create awesome marketing assets for internal and external audiences (product videos, web and social content)
- Tailor messaging for different audiences, including Solutions Executives, Solutions Designers and Engineers, Customers Success, and technical teams
- Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and how to optimize content
- Experience managing multiple projects
- Excellent listening skills with the ability to capture situational information, develop needs and implication through a variety of interactions
- Practical experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms
