Overview /
We are looking for an experienced, customer-facing Implementation Engineer to help our enterprise banking clients leverage the power of our platform. Ideal candidates need to be solution oriented, process driven, fast learners, strong communicators and passionate about technology.
Essential Responsibilities /
- Communicate difficult technical concepts clearly and succinctly to business users
- Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions including estimates for implementation
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external bank clients and partners to analyze information needs and functional requirements for the execution of each implementation and client engagement
- Conduct and complete workflow and functionality gap analyses
- Work closely with engineering in delivering enterprise-level solutions to customers through problem solving, testing, and code delivery
- Strong fundamentals in database queries and functional programming (PostgreSQL)
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are necessary
Education Requirements /
- Bachelors degree (BA/BS) in CS, MIS, or other technical field required
Work Experience Requirements /
- At least 2 years of prior experience in solution implementation/configuration, testing, and interfacing with customers; ideally within a software firm
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL or other relational database management system
- Understanding of Web Services, Web Development (HTML,CSS, Javascript), Internet architecture
- Self-motivated and self-managed with a high degree of dependability
- Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to maintain focus in fast paced environment
- Loan credit underwriting knowledge a plus
- Python knowledge preferable but not required
- Technical writing skills a plus
