The Opportunity
Pluralsights Flow team is looking for a Head of Product Marketing, who will help us transform how teams work with deep insight into their engineering workflow. Reporting to the EVP and GM of Flow, this person will lead teams of experienced product marketers and pricing specialists to build a holistic Flow story, message, and value proposition that will be shared with the market. This leader will partner with product leadership to deliver on defined go-to-market outcomes, create user and buyer personas, evaluate the competitive landscape, quantify market needs, and communicate a product vision and strategy to sales, customers, and the market. The Head of Product Marketing will also build and execute a pricing and packaging strategy that meets customer needs and enables us to capture market share. This leader knows how to partner with marketing and sales to generate demand for products and services. The ideal candidate has a persuasive communication style, outstanding eye for business, and deep empathy for our customers.

What youll own:

All product marketing including: first call decks, customer stories, playbooks, tear sheets, other product marketing assets (videos, pre-built demos, etc.), and support of Pluralsight LIVE and other events

All GTM motions including: SKUs, pricing & packaging, value selling including professional services, battle cards, and sales plays across customer segments

Reporting and analytics around metrics that measure: demand gen, pipe by stage, win rates, competition, top deals and billings

Partner with Revenue leadership and Sales Enablement to ensure our account executives and customer success managers clearly understand the Flow product and value proposition

Collaborate with Marketing to ensure positive return on investment on variable marketing spend and pipeline generation meets and exceeds targets
Experience youll need:

Experience influencing cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams to successfully launch new products, including a broad range of experience across sales, marketing, product management and engineering.

Proven track record utilizing sales plays and effective marketing spend to generate pipeline

Deep understanding of B2B SaaS business model and the ability to effectively collaborate on sales conversations

You understand how to get the best from people and you have built successful teams and organizations from the ground up

Executive presence and onstage presence

The successful candidate has experience leading leaders of leaders
