LogMeIn's inside sales team is growing, and we're seeking motivated sales reps to sell all LogMeIn software platforms with a focus cross-sell of our growth products, LastPass & GoToConnect. SaaS experience is preferred. Your ability to clearly articulate our value proposition, demonstrate our products, create and implement a dynamic and effective sales strategy and manage your time effectively will be the key to our mutual success.
Responsibilities
Sales position focused on generating new revenue from existing customer base and greenfield accounts
Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly & annual revenue goals
High forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly basis and strong pipeline management skills
Demonstrates strong deal management skills with the ability to develop strategic prospecting plans
Use insight and consultative selling techniques to teach customers about their industry which link back to LogMeIn's solutions
Research prospective organizations to identify the right customer stakeholders to sell to
Coach customer stakeholders and build consensus for LogMeIn's solutions within their organization
Solves problems and hypothesizes possible customer pain points, expectations, and needs; brainstorms with team members to device solutions to solve complex deal challenges
Tailors communications to the customers' needs and offers insights that compels them to think differently; has strong verbal and written communication skills
Establish a consistent, clear, and realistic daily and weekly activity routine aligned to driving business growth
Consistently achieves performance metrics tied to activity
Demonstrates leadership, team and strong collaborative skills
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years inside-sales experience handling full sales cycle selling artificial intelligence, security, VPN's or Remote Administration
Must possess a proven track record of consistently and successfully attaining sales goals
Excellent relationship building and strong closing skills
Ability to work well in a team environment, coachable
Self-motivated and organized with a strong desire to succeed and grow as we grow
Ability to quickly understand and demonstrate technology and business value propositions
