The Job In a Nutshell

  • 100% Remote, Full-Time
  • Create personalized content with an engaging tone and style
  • Bring sunshine and happiness with jobs, tips, advice, and support
  • Connect with freelancers in the social sphere and grow like/shares
  • Recruit, screen, manage, and grow our massive talent pool
  • Develop a cheerful brand voice that engages and motivates fans
  • Creatively recruit designers, illustrators and animators (coming soon)

Community Role

  • Community = 40K Customers + 16K Freelancers
  • Manage Twitter, Facebook, Linked In, Instagram and Social Channels
  • Build fan base by publishing helpful, clever, informational content
  • Empower the community to help you grow and manage the community
  • Deploy best practice community building strategy
  • Outreach to community members to boost engagement
  • Goal: Grow revenue by strengthening community support

Talent Management Role

  • Review new talent and welcome to the community
  • Connect WA with new talent in the social sphere
  • Promote new talent to customers and prospects via email (Spotlights)
  • Connect with existing talent in the social sphere
  • Boost follows, likes and shares from talent base
  • Source platform feedback and better ideas from talent
  • Manage “rewards” and recognition promotions for talent
  • Promote CMC Academy to help freelancers advance their career
  • Review forums and better manage the forum community
  • Promote new AI powered writer search in creative ways (PR and more)
  • Goal: Grow revenue by engaging talent and boosting content quality

What We Want

  • At least one year of remote employment
  • 1 to 5 years of community management experience
  • 1 to 5 years of social media management experience
  • Recruiting experience a big plus
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Design and photography experience a big plus
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills required
  • Freelance talent management experience
  • Self-directed, self-motivated and proactive
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Content marketing knowledge
