Invoice Cloud is searching for an organized and motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our team and help bring the best talent to the company. In this role you will take care of the details and tackle any road bumps that may turn up along the way. Whether this means scheduling interviews across different departments during various stages of the interview process, dealing with last-minute schedule changes, managing quick and accurate communication with candidates and the hiring team, or just greeting candidates with a smile – in this role you will have a range of responsibilities that help our recruiters do the best work they can do.

We are looking for someone that is passionate about ensuring candidates have a great experience from their first interaction to hire. Communication with candidates is our top priority. Most importantly we want someone that wants to grow and learn, whether that means calibrating on the recruiter’s preferred interviewing times, learning sourcing best practices, or shadowing phone screens – there is an unlimited amount of knowledge to be shared and absorbed.

 First 60 Days
