Recruiting Coordinator

As Recruiting Coordinator you are responsible for the overall candidate and internal client experience. Your daily communication with department heads, hiring teams, recruiters, and candidates is critical to ensuring a seamless, effective and enjoyable recruiting experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Schedule interviews (phone, Skype, in-office)
  • Coordinate in-office “interview days” and other in-office events
  • Post job descriptions to designated job boards
  • Arrange travel for interviewees and recruiting events
  • Answer recruiting phone line and answer general recruiting questions
  • Participate in recruiting fairs
  • Provide support to recruiting team in other capacities as needed
  • Team player in a very fast paced working environment

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors and minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, HR or Staffing related customer service role preferred
  • Impeccable organization skills
  • Experience coordinating interviews for both local or remote office locations
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to form effective relationships with highly experienced professionals across all functions of the business

Nice to Haves

  • Experience managing and working with an Applicant Tracking System or HRIS
  • Experience being part of an in-house Recruiting or Human Resources team
  • Experience with staffing/recruitment projects and hiring metrics
