Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can serve as client-facing project manager and business analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading product implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring that integration, configuration and product training are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality. Additionally, this individual will act as a liaison between the engineering team and sales and client stakeholders, working closely with business units to understand their needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop solutions to meet their requirements.

Duties:
- Work to refine CoachEm’s ‘Customer Launch’ process based on gaps discovered and remediated on live implementation.
- Learn and become proficient in several technologies within the sales ‘techstack’ to the level of ‘power user’ or admin.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets that align with stakeholder objectives and business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and communicate status updates, issues, and risks to stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business units to understand their needs, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Develop test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure project deliverables meet stakeholder requirements.
- Develop and deliver project documentation, including project plans, status reports, requirements documents, and training materials.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization to improve business efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop framework for the Customer Success Helpdesk Functional Area.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience implementing products with new clients.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Strong business analysis skills, including experience with requirements gathering, data analysis, and process mapping.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools, such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn new skills and contribute to the success of the organization
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and business analysis.

Travel Requirements:
- Could be 5-10% travel domestically
