Who you are.

As the Product Manager for Integrations at Virgin Pulse, you will work closely with engineering, UX, user research, and an ever-growing network of partners to build out a rich ecosystem of health and wellness applications on one platform. You will incorporate feedback and input from customers, partners and in-house teams on product strategy and find ways to better integrate with our partner network.

You possess the unique blend of product vision, technical know-how, and business saavy needed to execute with an engineering team in the morning and manage partnership relationships in the afternoon. You are eager to drive and execute on a long-term product roadmap in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You are able to prioritize urgent requests from internal and external stakeholders and realize saying “no” is crucial to delivering a world-class platform.

Our product managers enjoy working with lots of inputs and constraints: product and UX vision, use cases, go to market timing, and development budget. They also have a passion for creating winning products, can own the process of product delivery, and can work well within a close knit product delivery team.

What you bring to the team.

  • Three (3) or more years working in an agile software development process product team (software, healthcare or related preferred)
  • Knowledge of SaaS applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to illustrate and communicate a product vision and stakeholder needs to a team
  • Understanding of SCRUM/Agile development practices
  • Experience breaking medium to large projects into actionable use cases or user stories for a development team.
  • Experience working on projects which require interaction with third-party (or internal/microservices) APIs
  • High-level understanding of OAuth, SAML, or RESTful APIs
