What Were Looking For:
- 7+ years experience in software development field
- Ability to work with product managers, tech leads and architects to set a roadmap and deliver short term and long term wins that support JOOR success.
- Capability to switch between weighing in on complex technical problems, helping perform trade-offs on architectural decisions and writing quality code.
- Ability to mentor an engineering team through hands-on leadership and pair programming
- Strong technical communication skills
- Experience in our stack is a plus, we use:
- Python, gRPC, and NodeJS in the backend
- GraphQL for our API tier
- React/Redux/Typescript in the frontend
- Docker used from development to production
- Kubernetes for container orchestration
- Familiarity with cloud technologies like Kubernetes and AWS
