Youll be joining a best in class marketing team that is focused on ways to innovate and drive patients to select CVS Health for their health care needs. The Senior Manager of Pharmacy Marketing will be responsible for supporting prescription growth as well as driving adoption for services that will make it easier to take, afford and get their medications. This role will also play a critical in engaging patients with immunizations and helping to deliver the brand promise of healthier happens together.
Working closely with the Director of Pharmacy Marketing and business partners across the organization, the Senior Marketing Manager will specifically be responsible for the following:
Develop business cases and marketing strategies that will be founded on customer insights, business data, and competitive analysis that tie to our overall business objectives.
Work with partners, external resources and insights & analytics to developed detailed learning agendas to understand customer needs, conduct creative & message testing, review historical performance, deep dive on the industry and competitive landscape and align on measurement efforts against established metrics.
Partner with manager on detailed activation plans and produce all project deliverables including brief development that can be used to drive creative development and media planning. Collaborate with internal experts such as media, digital, in-store experience, and collaboration with operations on field readiness, and legal review of materials.
Develop trusted relationship across a large organization to create clear goals, accountabilities and outcomes, specific focus on Rx Strategy, Digital, Media and Agencies
Balance business needs and requests in a fast-paced environment
Act as an independent self-starter and provide thought leadership within the immediate team and the broader marketing department.
5+ years of marketing experience with a foundation of business, retailer, and consumer understanding.
3+ years of cross-functional leadership experience
2+ years of retail marketing or retail agency/strategy experience
2+ years of digital marketing experience including examples of testing and validating latest opportunities
Team management experience (1+ direct report)

Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word and proficiency in Excel
Degree Required (Business, Marketing preferred)
