Where you'll see your impact
You'll be responsible for identifying, developing, and engaging key stakeholders at top healthcare organizations. Your key outcome will be setting up quality product demonstrations to drive NuvoAirs sales pipeline. Youll report directly to the VP of Sales, Health Plans.
This is an exciting and rewarding role for anyone that wants to develop or kick-start their career in sales. Youll join as our first Partner Development Representative and you'll be able to build this function from scratch while making an impact. In this role, youll have many opportunities for career development in sales and account management.
What youll be responsible for
Manage prospect pipeline for commercial sales including health plans, employers, and providers including tracking opportunities and strategizing with the sales team
Qualify leads from marketing opportunities, find outbound strategic clients, and build long-term relationships
Leverage marketing automation, our CRM, and digital marketing tools to create, send and measure emails, calls and other outreach to improve conversion rates and client success
Strategic sales capabilities that include a high comfort level communicating with all levels of prospects within an organization, balanced with tactical skills for a fast-paced, high volume lead follow-up and qualification environment
Create new business pipeline with regard to both opportunity quantity and quality; you will be responsible for initiating meetings as well as helping move opportunities through the pipeline
Take on account management responsibilities as you grow in your role: maintain productive, strategic and long term relationships with key partners, act as the main point of contact for accounts etc.
This may be a fit if you have
Bachelors Degree or equivalent
1+ years sales experience
High-energy, passion and curiosity for finding new opportunities and new channels to empower clients to learn about NuvoAir
Success in outbound sales efforts in prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to clients and increase pipeline and revenue
Strong presentation skills, written and verbal communication. Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills.
Strong interpersonal, customer service skills and confidence to interact with stakeholders at all levels
Motivated self-starter comfortable in a start-up environment with fast growth and change of pace
Have a passion and interest in the digital health space, and tenacity to navigate its complexities
