Responsibilities

  • Manage member order fulfillment queue and ensure orders are distributed to our fulfillment centers per the ButcherBox distribution rules
  • Communicate with facilities daily to review operations, order fulfillment, variations to plan and identify/resolve raised issues
  • Track order fulfillment rates versus backlog and note, report, and adjust for fulfillment shortages
  • Track shipment delivery statuses versus expected delivery times. Report on and manage variances with shipping partners
  • Identify root cause issues in shipment network and work with shipping partners on resolutions 
  • Assist in verifying the invoiced costs versus the expected costs and ensure the costs are aligned and passed to key metrics tracking
  • Coordinate with customer experience (CX) team on known operations and logistics issues
  • Support Operations and Logistics team in performing day-to-day tasks

Requirements

  • NOTE: This is a Boston based position, not field-based
  • 0-3 years’ experience in Supply Chain/Operations
  • Very strong Excel skills
  • Able to work well in both an independent and team environment
  • Thrives in a member obsessed, fast-paced, environment where everyone takes accountability for their work

Nice-to-haves

  • BA or similar degree - supply chain focus is a plus 
  • Experience working with (as a user) large amounts of data
